Anything but a shack! This gorgeous brand new construction home located just across from beautiful Paw Paw Lake. Take in the views of the lake from the upper level open floor plan, the balcony off the family room or the screened in porch off the primary bedroom. Just downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, a family room, ground level patio and fire pit in the backyard. Cross the road to access the lake via the public beach. Home equipped with full size folding crib and high chair. Guests will be asked to sign house rules acknowledgment electronically after booking. Guests are required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection Policy for $69 in lieu of a Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation for 48 hours after initial booking (time shown in the confirmation email). After that, guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee; otherwise no refund.
Deposit Policy
50% of reservation due at time of booking, including services, fees and taxes. Remaining 50% balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

The house was very clean and just as described. We really appreciated all the extras like the crib and high chair which made traveling with an infant easier. It has a beautiful view of the lake that we enjoyed from the deck and it is right across the street from the public beach/pier.

Rick was super attentive and welcoming!
It’s new construction and super clean. Space worked for our family of 4, but would be perfect for additional guests! They had a foldable crib which worked well for our baby we just had to bring a crib sheet.
The smoke detector is super sensitive and went off with the toaster. This was resolved by putting the toaster under the microwave fan.
Beach across the road is pretty tiny, but there were a decent amount of people who seemed to go there! We ended up doing St. Joseph’s beach / dinners one day and South Havens beach and dinners the second day. Worked out perfect as they were pretty quick drives.
