A beautiful public beach with dunes is less than a two minute walk away. The property is perched atop a dune giving guests partial lake views year round. The waves can be heard from the property at night while relaxing outside taking in all the nature this property has to offer. When not spending time at the beach, the property offers two decks, a large yard for outdoor games as well as a fire pit. Inside there is an open floor plan where everyone will be able to be part of the action whether it is watching a movie, making dinner, playing games or just hanging out bringing everyone closer together. The property is surrounded and isolated by nature while still only a 15 minute car ride to either South Haven or St. Joseph. Norwood Beach House offers an incredible Lake Michigan getaway for your next vacation.
Guests will be asked to sign house rules acknowledgment electronically after booking. Guests are required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection Policy for $69 in lieu of a Security Deposit.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. There will be an addition cleaning fee of $50 for the pets.
