This gorgeous ranch home across the street from Lake Michigan and a huge sandy beach offers partial lake views with spectacular sunsets. Included are 2 bedrooms on the main level with 1 bath with Jacuzzi tub.
A beautiful public beach with dunes is less than a two minute walk away. The property is perched atop a dune giving guests partial lake views year round. The waves can be heard from the property at night while relaxing outside taking in all the nature this property has to offer. When not spending time at the beach, the property offers two decks, a large yard for outdoor games as well as a fire pit. Inside there is an open floor plan where everyone will be able to be part of the action whether it is watching a movie, making dinner, playing games or just hanging out bringing everyone closer together. The property is surrounded and isolated by nature while still only a 15 minute car ride to either South Haven or St. Joseph. Norwood Beach House offers an incredible Lake Michigan getaway for your next vacation.
Guests will be asked to sign house rules acknowledgment electronically after booking. Guests are required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection Policy for $69 in lieu of a Security Deposit.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. There will be an addition cleaning fee of $50 for the pets.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation for 48 hours after initial booking (time shown in the confirmation email). After that, guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee; otherwise no refund.
Deposit Policy
50% of reservation due at time of booking, including services, fees and taxes. Remaining 50% balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Spent a week with my wife and our elderly dog. The house was great, with a fantastic yard for our dog to explore. It was just across the street from a beautiful beach, that we frequently had to ourselves. Also, only about 15 minutes away from shops and restaurants of St. Joe.
We had an amazing time for a long weekend away before school starts. We could walk to a secluded beach. Everything we did was within 15 minutes away and we loved our time here

Beautiful home tucked away behind trees and an easy walk across the street to the beach. It was peaceful and quiet. Clean home and had the necessities. The property manager/host was helpful, friendly, and responsive. They were great to work with. If you are looking for a quiet space near the lake and nature, this is a wonderful home. The front deck is shaded in the morning--a sweet spot for morning coffee/tea. At dusk, you have a great view of the sunset. Only one downside for me and that was that they have cameras in the house for security. They are de-activated when renters are there, but I still felt uncomfortable with them. I talked with the host and it was not a problem to unplug them. Overall, it's a lovely rental. Also a great space for a family--plenty of yard space and accessories for the beach.
