The Shore Lane Shack on Paw Paw Lake

The home was well equipped and pristine. The view is amazing with a semi-private beach just steps away. The owner recommended the Loma Theatre and it was awesome. Amazingly affordable definitely a mist see. I cannot say enough great things about The Shorelane Shack. It was exactly as presented in the photos and dare I say even better.

We loved this house. It was very clean and felt like home. Everyone slept comfortably. It was in a great location. The house has everything we needed. I am not sure if the listing had this information, but bathrooms had body lotion, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. That was a nice touch. I didn’t see it in the listing, so I brought two sets. There are also beach chairs to use which was very nice too. We mentioned several times that we loved the house.

The home was immaculate, exceptionally clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Wally was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, making the entire experience seamless. All of the amenities were exactly as described, and our family absolutely loved staying here. This has become our new go-to place whenever we’re in Paw Paw. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. Lots of spaces to spread out. Quick walk to a small beach on Paw Paw Lake or 20 minute drive to Lake Michigan.

The property was lovely! Perfect for a girls’ weekend. We loved cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the common areas. Being close to the lake was a plus, though we frequently drove ~20 min to St. Joe for groceries/restaurants. Check-in was easy but coordinating to sign another form in-person was more challenging. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Shore Lane Shack! Walk across the street to the public beach was very convenient but the screened in area of the deck where we could enjoy slight views of Paw Paw Lake and sounds of the boats while playing card games was our favorite part of stay at The Shore Lane Shack! We greatly appreciated that the property manager was very responsive.

We love paw paw lake and needed some extra room this summer. Windy’s house was the perfect size - clean, simple and very close to the water. Communication was also quick and helpful. Thank you for letting us rent your home. Would book again!

Our group had a great time in this location! The open concept living room and kitchen made for a fun evening cooking out in the grill while interacting.

Overall it was a clean space and we really enjoyed our time here. Already considering doing it again next year!

A very nice place to stay and work. Everything new, clean, and comfortable. Loved that there were actually drawers in the bedrooms allowing me to unpack (always shocked how few places have this). Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It was very clean and comfortable.

The home was lovely! Neat as a pin and well organized. From the kitchen to the bedrooms and the family living areas everything we needed was there. The beds and linens were good quality as were the bath and beach towels. I have a bad back but I slept soundly every night and woke up without a backache every morning! There was a good collection of board games and cable and wifi connections were strong. The beach area is relatively small but never felt crowded. The water deepens gently and was warm and clean…perfect for little ones. There were grassy areas to put up chairs and umbrella along with a nice pier to dive off of. Any place we wanted to visit (Saugatuck, South Haven, New Buffalo, Lake Michigan) was no more than half an hour away. We roasted marshmallows around the fire pit and watched the sun go down from the deck or beach every night.

Bottom-line, this home was perfect for us! Nicely appointed but not too fussy. It could not have been a better stay. We’ll be back!!!

Stunning brand new Air bnb. The location is perfect. Cute quiet little town. Great communication. Extremely clean well designed home.

The house was very clean and just as described. We really appreciated all the extras like the crib and high chair which made traveling with an infant easier. It has a beautiful view of the lake that we enjoyed from the deck and it is right across the street from the public beach/pier.

We had a wonderful stay! And would definitely come back.

It’s new construction and super clean. Space worked for our family of 4, but would be perfect for additional guests! They had a foldable crib which worked well for our baby we just had to bring a crib sheet.

The smoke detector is super sensitive and went off with the toaster. This was resolved by putting the toaster under the microwave fan.

Beach across the road is pretty tiny, but there were a decent amount of people who seemed to go there! We ended up doing St. Joseph’s beach / dinners one day and South Havens beach and dinners the second day. Worked out perfect as they were pretty quick drives.

This house was great! Roomy and super clean. We would highly recommend!
